WiTT is excited to offer an opportunity for our members to serve the Nashville community.
WiTT members have the opportunity to participate in a group volunteer experience with the Nashville Rescue Mission in July.
A little bit about the Nashville Rescue Mission: Established in 1954, the Mission first opened its doors to provide food, clothing, and shelter to men experiencing homelessness in Nashville. In 1968, services were expanded to include women and children. Today, the Mission serves over 800 men, women, and children on a daily basis.
Two dates have been scheduled for WiTT members with the Nashville Rescue Mission — July 10 and 18 — to provide dinner service from 4:30-6:30p CT on the Women and Children’s Campus.
